Unfortunately there always has to be rules and conditions, please ensure you read and agree with our conditions, prior to making a booking:

•  No Smoking in the cottage at any time
• No Parties, Social Gathers to be at the Cottage
• Maximum number of guests allowed is 6
• Only People who are booked to stay are to be at the cottage at anytime
• Pets are very welcome - under no circumstances are they allowed in the cottage, even in crates.
• Pets are not to be left unattended at anytime (if you go out, they go with you).
• Owners are to bring all supplies for your pets, Bowls, Bedding.
• Owners must pick up after pets.

Please understand these rules are enforced, due to a few bad experiences we have had.
